The new Taylor Morrison community Estates at Happy Valley began presales on December 14th. They plan to open the model for viewing on January 4th, 2014. I had mentioned this community in a previous blog post and promised to keep you updated as I feel this community will be desirable to many.Estates at Happy Valley is located off of Happy Valley Rd. and west of 67th Ave. Extremely close to all of the wonderful restaurants and shopping in the Arrowhead area and many great hiking trails nearby. Not to mention easy access to the 101 freeway and Lake Pleasant.
The floor plans range from 2,800 sq. ft. to 3,800 sq. ft, 3-5 bedrooms, 3-4 car garages and all are single story homes. Prices start at $449,000 which is definitely reasonable for a rare new build, on a large lot and in this location but I'm confident these prices won't last long.
Keep in mind Taylor Morrison is offering some large holiday incentives including their "pick your present" promotion if you purchase soon!
