For all areas and types of homes monthly sales volume is down to 4,373. Last year at this time it was about 16% higher. On the bright side this should be as low as it gets if it's anything like last year. The low point last year was on January 29th and by the end of February the number jumped to 7,235. The Cromford Report will continue to watch these numbers closely over the next four weeks to see how fast the number grows. This will give us an indication of how strong the spring selling season will turn out to be.

Monthly Sales Volume is Down
