It's an interesting question. Would you prefer to build a new home or buy a pre-owned home? There are a lot of things to consider when deciding between the two. When you walk through a beautiful model home you may think I definitely want this house for the base price they mentioned but once you add in all the upgrades, window coverings, landscaping, appliances and build time you may think a pre-owned home is starting to sound wonderful. It really comes down to preference and what you're willing to pay for.
