Good news for sellers, active listings are down.

According to the Cromford Report the number of active listings in Phoenix and Scottsdale has decreased by 6% over the last month, Surprise is down 10%. This is great news for sellers. While there hasn't been a significant increase in demand over the last month, less competition is the next best thing when it comes to selling your home.
