Who has the advantage in today's market? The buyer or seller?

According to the Cromford Report the Market Index popped back into neutral today. This means we are back in a balanced market. There is the slightest advantage for the buyer but it is so slight that a strong willed and very patient seller can probably do just fine. This is a great time if you need to buy and sell a home. This is when you have less of a chance of being on the losing end of either transaction, buying or selling.
