Active listings expected to increase

Are you thinking of looking for a new home? The number of active listings or homes on the market is expected to increase throughout the month of October and the first part of November. Once Thanksgiving comes around the number of homes on the market will likely decrease until the new year. If you are thinking of moving this fall it may be a good idea to start looking now while there is quite a bit of inventory to choose from.
