Desert Ridge Fireside and Aviano Current Listings

Currently there are 12 homes listed for sale in all of Fireside at Desert Ridge. Considering 10 homes in Fireside closed and sold just last month, inventory is rather low. This could cause prices to rise but considering today's market they won't be rising by much. Overpriced homes are tending to stay on the market a little longer and are requiring price reductions. The key to getting a home sold quickly is to price it right! I promise you won't regret it!
Now for Aviano at Desert Ridge it's a bit of a different story. There are currently 31 homes for sale with 5 homes closing and selling during the month of August. They have far more inventory causing prices to remain steady.
In total there are 43 homes for sale within the Fireside and Aviano neighborhoods. It will be interesting to see what September will bring for closed sales in the area.
