Inventory is Increasing but There Aren't Many New Homes Hitting the Market.

According to the Cromford Report the number of new listings is very low but what's also low is the contract activity on current listings. With few contracts on current listings, few cancellations or expired listings current inventory has increased a bit. 

In today's market the most important thing you can do to get your home sold is to price it right the second it hits the market.
