Have you heard much about housing prices over the last few months? No? It may be because not much has happened...until now. The average price per square foot for pending listings and listings under contract are both moving higher, which is an early sign of a likely increase in sales pricing.

The average price per square foot for pending listings across all areas of the valley reached $135.40 today, it's highest level since June 2008. It is normal to see prices increase during this time of year. Pricing is now looking more positive for sellers. You may want to consider selling now before all of the spring and summer competition comes to the market.
