Taylor Morrison is building a new community at the corner of Tatum and Pinnacle Peak in Desert Ridge named Sanctuary. Sales are expected to start in early October but many of been highly anticipating the prices in this new development. Taylor Morrison has finally supplied a general idea of pricing so I wanted to be sure to share it with you. Take a look below.
As you drive by you can see the community is finally taking shape. They have a few play areas completed, model homes under construction and lots leveled. The community is going to have a community center with a pool and concierge service. It will be a gated community with nearly 2/3 of the homes backing up to natural space making it highly desirable.
Let me know if you are interested in being updated on any new developments about this community and I will be sure to keep you in the know. Also, keep in mind it's best to take your realtor with you on your first trip to model homes. Your realtor will be able to negotiate for you and ensure your contract is fair but they are only able to represent you if they are present on your first visit to the model homes.
