Camelot Homes new subdivision is not open but selling quickly

Camelot Homes is building a new luxury community located in North Scottsdale on Scottsdale Rd. just north of Pinnacle Peak Rd. They are just leveling the ground now so it's nowhere near ready yet but that's not slowing them down. I contacted them about the community and they are already pre-selling lots. They estimate they will have their grand opening next April or May but expect to be mostly sold out by that time. If you have an interest in this community please let me know ASAP as the nice lots are going quickly!
They have a model at another location to view as well as floor plans and pricing available. The price will begin at $689,900. The floor plans consist of 3-5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms ranging from 3,100 sq. ft. to over 4,100 sq. ft all one story! They have options available for a casita, 2nd story loft and a fourth car garage.
The community will have an interesting and unique feature. They will have a community garden that will allow neighbors to all take part in growing their own herbs and vegetables. It will be interesting to see how that works out. The community is going to have nice mountain and city light views with over 39% open space.
Single story homes with a casita option and 4 car garage option do not stay on the market long so I have a strong feeling these new construction homes will go quickly!
