Toll Brothers homes at Monte Vista in/near Cave Creek

I visited Toll Brothers new community at Montevista yesterday and was impressed with the design of the neighborhood and the floor plans. It's technically located in Cave Creek but it's very close to the Phoenix/Cave Creek/North Scottsdale borders. It's still a quick drive to the Desert Ridge shopping center, City North, Mayo Clinic and Kierland/Scottsdale Quarter.
It's a beautiful gated community with natural desert washes, walking and biking trails, children's play area, basketball court and a 5 acre park located in the center of the community. The homes range from 2,264 sq. ft. to 4,746 sq. ft. and you will definitely notice the architectural details Toll Brothers puts into their homes. It is always what attracts people to Toll Brothers communities.

At Montevista they have two models available to view (and please remember to take your realtor with you on your first visit to the models, trust me it's worth it!).

The first model is a single story San Pietro floor plan that's 2,264 sq. ft. with a base price of $469,995. In the model they've created a great front patio/courtyard area. It's a nice open floor plan with 2 great size bedrooms separate from the large master suite and the model has the best backyard I have seen recently. The size of the back patio is generous offering lots of shade and dining space.

The second model is the Marchetti floor plan that's 4,369 sq. ft with a base price of $661,995 and let me tell you the kitchen is amazing in this house! I had complete kitchen envy the minute I saw it! It's a desirable and flexible floor plan as it can be built as a one story or two story and with a casita. If you have a man in your house looking for his man cave this house has it on the second floor. Also, if you are looking for great guest quarters or a separate mother-in-law quarters these homes offer wonderful options.
