Average Price Per Square Foot Update

Here's a graphic showing how the average price per square foot is changing in the Phoenix area. During the month of December the price per square foot dropped quite a bit which was a change from the increase we had seen throughout the year. The good news is it's back on the rise for the month of January. As of January 16th the average price per square foot for the month is $122.32 and the average over the last 12 months is $118.34.
