If it seems sales have slowed over the last couple of months, they actually haven't. They've been staying about average in both Fireside and Aviano.
According to MLS Fireside currently has 12 homes listed for sale ranging in price from $279,900 - $830k. In October 4 homes were sold ranging in price from $338k-$700k. In November 6 homes were sold ranging in price from $500k-$715k.
According to MLS, Aviano currently has 27 homes listed for sale ranging in price from $299k - $950k. In October 5 homes were sold ranging in price from $290k - $825k. In November 5 homes were sold ranging in price from $295k - $840k.
