The market has definitely picked up especially for homes priced in the $200,000's or below. The entry level homeowner is now looking to buy and a new build isn't necessarily an option for them. The new home builders are averaging larger home sizes providing few options for the entry level buyer.
This leads the entry level buyer straight to resale homes providing a wonderful benefit to current homeowners who are looking to sell their home and upgrade to a larger home.
