Taylor Morrison is building a new home community in Desert Ridge, Sanctuary at Desert Ridge. This is a highly anticipated new community due to it's great location (Tatum and Pinnacle Peak), Clubhouse with concierge service, gated community and plenty of green space.The size of the homes will range from 1,600 - 4,400 sq. ft, 3-5 bedrooms and 2-3.5 baths. It has been rumored the prices will start in the $400k's but so far that is just a rumor. Actual pricing hasn't been released yet as the community is scheduled to open Fall of this year.
I can't stress enough the importance of bringing a realtor with you the first time you visit model homes. It will cost you nothing to have a realtor represent you and it could save you money and stress in the end.
