It's best to go into a new home builder along with your realtor because you can negotiate some great deals on spec homes. Home builders don't like to hang onto them for long so if you find one that's completed and meets your needs let me begin the negotiations.
There's a new home neighborhood in Desert Ridge, Ridgeview Estates. It's in it's final phases and will be closing out soon but they have some beautiful spec homes for a great deal. I have pictures below of one of their current specs for sale. It's a single story, 3,398 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with many upgrades included.
