For July 2016, the overall median sales price came in at $235,000 which is up 6.8% from July 2015. There has been a nice, steady trend of price increases so far this year. This is great news as a homeowner and especially great news for home investors. With such low mortgage rates and great rental rates it's a great time to invest in real estate.
