Estates at Ridgeview Model Now Open

I have mentioned the Estates at Ridgeview new home community in my blog previously when it was under construction. The model has just opened this weekend and they are ready to sell. It's located right in Desert Ridge at 32nd Street and Deer Valley. The base price starts at $528,990. They offer 3,4 and 5 bedroom homes with 2.5 up to 4.5 baths. The sizes range from 2,738 sq. ft. to 4,420 sq. ft. both one story and two story floor plans available.

It will be a unique community in that there are only 40 lots available and only a couple of lots will back up directly to another lot. They have 10 lots released and will only be releasing 10 at a time. As of yesterday 2 lots have sold and they just opened this weekend. Here's a link to their site.
