They have sold two lots thus far and increased the base price $3,000 since the sale of those lots. They will continue to do increases especially during the times when they open additional lots (they will be releasing 10 lots at a time). The base price starts at $528,990 and the model is estimated to include roughly $200,000+ in upgrades. I've included a few pics of the model below. Unfortunately they aren't the best as I only had my phone to take photos with and there were quite a few people there.
