I just drove up to the Pinnacle Peak/Troon North area today and I must say it is beautiful! It almost made my husband and I want to move. To have such pretty natural surroundings right outside your window is amazing. I took a walk through the Standard Pacific Homes in Troon North that I mentioned in the blog yesterday. They are beautiful homes and definitely going fast! I got a little in site on the neighborhood so if you are interested in those homes please let me know because their isn't much time.
On my drive up I noticed these villas nestled in the foothills of the Tonto National Forest. They were a part of a luxury home community named, Pinnacle Pointe Luxury Community. The builder just released a new phase in September and according to their website 3 of the 12 homes in their new phase are already reserved (not sure how up-to-date their website is so it could be even more http://www.pinnaclepointeliving.com/index.php. The location is amazing with incredible views. You can walk to the Four Seasons or walk to a great night at Greasewood Flat! These villas would not only make a wonderful home but an amazing vacation home as well since there is very little maintenance.
The villas range from 1,973 sq. ft. to 2,576 sq. ft. with 2-3 bedrooms and 2.5-3 bathrooms. The community is gated and includes a private fitness center, pool and spa. You will quickly notice all of the villas include upscale features, gourmet kitchens, large master suites and many energy efficient features. To be honest for the Troon area it's pretty impressive that they are starting in the mid $300's but of course, that's just the base price.
