More Real Estate Coming to Desert Ridge!

The residential and commercial area of Desert Ridge is going to continue to expand! It's such a relief to finally see building and growth happening again. It continues to be a positive sign for housing and construction in the valley. 

The Arizona State Land Department is going to hold two new land auctions in December for the Desert Ridge area. The first residential area is located on the SW corner of Tatum and Pinnacle Peak Rd. and has a minimum bid set at over $250,000 per acre. (26 million). 

The second piece of land will be a 200 acre commercial parcel just East of the Mayo Clinic. 

It is likely additional parcels will be released within the next year. If you are thinking about moving to the Desert Ridge area now may be the time to do it before prices go up!
