Troon North is a gorgeous master planned community located in north Scottsdale near Pinnacle Peak mountain which has beautiful hiking trails. It's near some of the best restaurants, golf courses and shopping. The community itself is gated but still has tons of open desert surroundings and beautiful scenery. Definitely worth a look!
Standard Pacific Homes has a new community located in Troon North, Quisana. They are offering new homes ranging from 2,521 to 3,596 sq. ft. including 2 to 4 bedrooms and 2.5 to 3.5 baths and a casita option. The base price starts at $579,990. The extra details they put into these homes is pretty spectacular, of course, they have some wonderful upgrades including brick walls and spa packages as well.
The community is located just east of Pima Rd. on Bent Tree Dr. and just north of Happy Valley Rd.
