Builder incentives over the holidays

History has shown that new home sales tend to slow down over the holidays. This inspires a lot of new home builders to offer a number of incentives to attract buyers during this time of year. If you are looking to purchase a new home now is a wonderful time to think about looking. A number of new home builders send the incentive information just to realtors to try to motivate them to bring in new home buyers so be sure to always bring your realtor with you when going to look at new homes it can save you a lot of time and money!
