New Construction Home Without the Build Time

If you are interested in a newly built home but don't want to wait the 6 months or so it takes to build maybe a spec home is a good option for you? With a spec home you can purchase a home that has never been lived in and move in before the new year. A number of new home communities offer spec homes and are really trying to sell them before the end of the year. There are some great bargains available! Besides spec homes another option to consider is a former model home. There is one available here in Fireside at Desert Ridge. It's the last model home available so they are looking to get it sold.
