Taylor Morrison Homes coming to Desert Ridge

Taylor Morrison Homes has just won the bid for Super Block 7L East. Meaning they will begin building homes on the SW corner of Tatum and Pinnacle Peak. We should see them begin sometime next year. I will keep you informed of pricing, floor plans and neighborhood specifics as they become available. It's going to be a great location!
