Growing up I used to love going to the Street of Dreams tour. They often had one in the Phoenix area and I was fortunate to get to visit one in the Seattle area as well.
So what is The Street of Dreams? It is a street of newly built custom homes that are absolutely amazing! The kind of houses you dream about! You are able to walk through and view each home in detail. It's a great opportunity to look for decor ideas, possible renovations for your home or even landscaping ideas.
They happen to have a Street of Dreams Tour going on now in Gilbert. It's located at Whitewing at Germann Estates, 2667 E. Kingbird Ct.
They are featuring 5 brand new, custom built, luxury homes. Priced between $1.7 and $2.7 million and range from 6,800 to 12,000 sq. ft. They are running the tours through December 1st but are closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thanksgiving.
