New Homes Coming to the North Valley

Have you ever been interested in moving to the north valley but haven't found a home you loved yet? Well, there are more on the way! The oh so popular area near I-17, just north of the loop 101 (just north of Norterra) is continuing to grow!
Taylor Morrison Homes is working on a new community named Sonoran Commons. It's still in the works so floor plans and pricing is yet to be determined. Currently, they are estimating the community to open in early 2014 which is only a month and a half away!
There are many great benefits to being one of the first to purchase in a new community such as getting your choice of lot and getting in prior to any price increases.
